that is literally just the start to work out how far to go to get it low enough.

It will lot a lot smoother over all once completed, and will be all metal and alloy in construction

As above new calipers are here and they are fucking huge!! almost 2" wider than the evo brembos!
They do take a 30mm wide pad though

Throttle body has been modified to suit the evo TPS

New intercooler that will better suit the current front end plan(old vs new)

Posted Image

New longer pins for the lower control arms, so I can go really low :)

I have 3 different compounds of wilwood polymatrix to try until I find one that I like.....They are so cheap from the US
its crazy

Knowing George.... Brakes are probably super-dooper-dooper-good at stopping his car and the intercooler is probably even more super-dooper-dooper-dooper good at chilling charged air colder than an Eskimo's balls in their snow season and together they probably weigh about a poof-teenth less than the hair on an angel's head :P

LoL, the cooler is just a cheapy, it does have a stepped core though, its 600x300 (2.5" PIPES) which works in a lot better
with the plan for the front end. The other cooler isnt big enough to fill the hole in the front bar properly and
the new one also has end tanks that will also work better with the new design.

The brakes are Nascar short track calipers. monobloc, full bridge, radial mount, titanium cross drilled pistons, internal cross over pipes etc....(2.6kgs each)
They take a 30mm wide pad which should last a while :P , the only issue I have at the moment is the width of them, they are massivley wide.
They were bloody cheap (and brand new) so I had to give them a go, I just hope the wheel will clear them.

Also my 080 housing arrived today, it will need a bit of work but Im happy it will be a worth while upgrade and should work well
with the TD06 turbine wheel.

It needs to be machined to suit the TD06 turbine and enlarged out of the turbine wheel also, it will also need some porting on the entry
as its not perfect, then off to the coaters........damn

Here it is next to the massively modified 070 housing...:( A lot of work went in to that one.

Ill have a sreamer but no external at this stage, Its machined for a td06sl2 turbine wheel trav so it may be a bit laggy lol

they were $1380au + freight....I hope they will fit in the enkeis but if not I will need custom rotor hats to move them about
10mm further in towards the strut

Polishing was done by guru motorsport in carrum downs(actually his machine is around the corner at another place now)
but I had most of the box, the transfer case and the front and centre diffs done and it was only $440

And my north south crossmember arrived today also, I opted for no power coat as I may need to change a thing
or two or add a tow loop

Please don't think I was trying to hijack your ride thread George! Who did you get to water blast your gearbox casings? I'm wanting to clean mine up before it goes back in the car.
