Decided to go against the polished rocker cover for a few reason
* Too bling, wanted it to look more subtle
* -6AN breathers are too small for my setup
So I gave my old cover a makeover
Firstly removed the OEM pipes and PCV valve, drilled the holes bigger and retapped them to suit some -8AN fittings, used some liquid welding on the threads so they wont ever come out
Old cover showing the pipes
The makeover, black engine wrinkle coat, bakes for 45mins, liquid chrome for lettering, red engine enamel for the mitsu logo, then to top it off gave it a few coats of clear hardener
Will look good with some stainless bolts

Now your rocker cover looks like a crusty old piston top lol
You better be home tomorrow because I'm free to come over and build your bottom end
I just realised you cant put the engine back without the gearbox anyway.
So I'll get a start on that as soon as you get some new bearings.
Can you tee Frankie up to weld your centre diff? I've got the welder and gas ready at my place.

Engine is all assembled, now just waiting on gearbox synchros, bearings and intermediate shaft
Decided im gonna run the 20G for now seeing that everything will bolt on and I can enjoy driving the car, while savin up cash to throw the other setup on all at once, rather then leavin the car sitting around doin nothing

You see that white arrow I put on your main cradle? that was there to tell you that's where the oil sump pickup goes onto.
Don't forget the splash plates either! lol
