i couldnt get online to work at all in the end,

also i could not get into gt tv or gt news...ill have to try again tonight

yeah I found out that it takes a average of 7 times to download

one guy had tryed 20 times and didnt succeed yesturday

i got mine in the fifth time, thankfully

when it really downloads it will appear likes its not working but if you look at you yellow light on the ps3, and its flickering it will take about 2.5 seconds to download after it starts


online was not bad but there are alot of learners driving and they bump you off, I still managed to win a couple, and bump a few Wrx's off at the corners....lol

its a better idea to have more cars, because what ever cars you have in your garage is the cars you use online

I was trying heaps too, then my misses trys once and it went through now she thinks shes the Queen of PS3 ....lol, and she is giving me heaps of crap about it

she thinks tht she went through the news part to get the download, Im not sure if it was but try it if you want

I had no problems installing anything at all.. maybe coz ADSL2+ iono, well work provides net.. lol..
I've been playing heaps.. so far all gold in C and almost all gold in B.
I got every colour evo X lol..

The final download only failed once for me
had a few races online...but still dont have enough cash to buy myself an evo

I finished all the classes but there is a new class to finish ( S class )

i got a F430 ferrari, GT evo IX widebody, nissan GTR 07, few others

and I can tune my cars now so my GT evo has 383Kw


its funny online, cant wait to have a run online with you guys

yeah Frontn I just finished most of it then go back for golds after, then you get the extra cash for the cars you want or need to use

Sorry I didnt switch to gt5 for an online race Trav...got stuck on a level on las vegas and stubborness would not allow me to quit

I keep on getting the message on gt5 that my date and time settings are wrong as well but they are fine in the ps3 main menu? Its a bit of a pisser that there is no function for setting up your own online race or being able to see where the people listed in your friends list are racing.

It seems that each one of the online races on the list must have multiple servers, because if you keep running the same race the players seem to be different each time...which will make it very tricky for all of us to end up in the same race.

thats cool I was having a ball with the learners, and I know how easy it is to get stuck in a game

i just sat back then they all would smack into each other and the wall, then I would nail it and fly past them....

there is lots of wrx brawling going on against evo's too

yeh wining cash online paid fo my evo x and now will pay for my tuned evo x

and goes down fom there

you still get 1000 for 10th etc

the best way is to do the F430 which you have to pass everyone in 1 lap, my best so far is 3rd, but you can do it so many times and before you know it your got tons of cash

I want a F40 next

with the tuned skyline 5 laps only takes just over 4mins.

i do it because its easy to win all the time
