I have three things to say to this thread which someone can i'm sure take the time to repost in the thread (being that I don't have an account).

First point: The Engine of the Year awards specifically remove the 4G63 from competition as the current 4G63 is an engine that was actually created in 1995 and has simply been tweaked for ten years. It was therefore ineligable to compete against the EJ25 or whatever the hell the 2.5 litre engine code is.

Second point: Let's see who wins when the 4B11 comes into play.

Third point: In regards to the current Mitsub vs Subaru lineup, the only Mitsubishi I would buy atm would be a 380 (IF it was awd, but it's not so that rules that out) and the full spec triton in a diesel. Every other car they sell is either too spartan to be a daily (evo's don't have cruise or climate or anything), or just plain ugly (colt).
