I have seen and driven this car, it goes hard, feels pretty tight ... The owner's spent tons on it. Worth a look. Mechanically it's tight, it's all Evo 3 spec stuff ;-)

All cars called in will require the owner to bring the car up to ADR standards, once the car is passed VIC Roads refunds the money spent to bring the car back up to ADR
correct, you spend the money to get it past the vicroads engineers and then it is refunded as it was their stuff up anyway, their own people were doing dodgeys allowing certain cars to pass when imported, hence why they are going through their records recalling heaps of imports.
I have also seen this car in person, awesome buy and definately worth it for the price, some one snap it up soon, its hard enough to get a good condition gsr for 10k let alone a 2L one with evo 3 goodies

cheers guys the car needs a few touchup's round the body and the interior. theres also a small issue with i think a centre bearing on the tailshaft. but anyways i want to do a e2 replica with white buddy club p1's very close to what nic's red e1 looks like. will have a members ride's soon when my sale goes through and i pick up this one.

How much did you end up getting it for?
Yeah it clunks a bit in the drive line sometimes, might need a centre bearing like you said ;-)
Good car I was pretty sold on it! Blake's done practically everything on that thing.
