what camsI currently have a VR-4 engine in a cordia with an EVO 3 20g, microtech, 3 inch exhaust, EVO 5 cooler etc. At 19psi, it recorded a 'soft' 203KW's at the front wheels (best run). The power tapers away from 6-7000RPM so there is a restriction somewhere. Could it be the 2 inch I/C piping that i have or the restrictive elbow leading into the standard VR-4 plenum chamber? It should be making over 220Kw's at that boost level. Anybody got any ideas?
get 2.5" piping all the way

Evo's dont have an elbow, the pipe just goes straight onto the throttle body and is held down with a clampYeah, I am still using the stock throttle body elbow. Can it be modified? I know the EVO 3 elbow is bigger, but I don't fancy my chances in tracking one down.

I really think if you're on a 20g you will see big gains just by going to 2.5" piping all the way
That may be the case, but I don't particularly want to increase to 2.5" piping if the 2" isn't the main restriction. If it is, well......then I don't have a choice but to upgrade. I'll soon discover that once the new TB elbow is installed. I might be a little optimistic, but I am looking for around 230-240KW's at the wheels.

Thanks 3zer... but the image apparently no longer exists
i'm just wondering what the max psi i can run through the small 16g is before it leaves the efficiency zone (If that makes sence).
