Say for instance you had two coolers

Both 600x 300 x76...
One being a cheap chinese bar and plate cooler
the other being a standard issue tube and fin coller..say of an evo or Gtr or something..

do you think thered be much flow difference in the two or cooling difference?

difference will be weld quality and pressure drop across the core.
The 4G63 motor code is street shorthand for dominance. It's automotive Darwinism.

I've got a 600x300x76 from autobarn and mine's the same... if i leave the car in one spot for ages, the temps will increase but when driving, the intake temp is pretty close to ambient. doesn't increase a huge amount on boost either. It was all checked on the Wolf datalogger.
