I'm running a 2.3 stroked 4G as well, currently with 560cc injectors (just running it in now).

Sounds like I'm going to have to upgrade them to something else. I don't know what you guys are looking to use but any advice would be appreciated, I've blown more than enough $$$$ on this setup as it is and don't want to buy ANOTHER set of injectors that won't cut the mustard!!

what are the injectors you are using out of, if they are evo 9 then they usually flow test around the 600cc mark, as for whether you will need to upgrade them, will depend on turbo, boost level, injector duty cycle...best bet is to do some datalogging, the mmcd program will tell you injector duty cycle

Hmm.. bit disapointed only got 203kws at the wheels.

the problem is the cams they are too small for the application, I got some of the big boys in the game chasing up the best specs for my combo.

so there is probably another 40 + Kws hiding in there, they just need to be let out. literaly....

but it is a shit load of fun with all that torque

i made 225kw on 20psi with a similiar size turbo wheel to thatof a 20g, and i had 264 camshafts.. stock bottom end.. valve springs.. unported head.. and 560cc evo 8 injectors which were running the car rich 10.5:1 AFR at 225kw and 7000rpm also had a walbro.

a 20G turbo (hiflow 14b/16g) front will only deliver around 240kw TOPS from my experiences with various setups.. so if you want to make over 250kw you will need to either upgrade the turbo or upgrade the rear end of the TD05H because the front will outspin the rear end.

id go for maybe a 264/272 combo for the stroker setup.. my evo was BUZZY as hell on the throttle and there was no lag.. it was straight on the power band as soon as i stomped the throttle.. so yer i guess it depends what you want out of your car.

Troy, try to download a free engine analyser program which lets you enter the engine and cam specs. You can then play with the different cams and their relative timing and see how each change affects the theoretical power curve. Better and cheaper than experimenting on a dyno.
