LSD front and rear
Front:
Rear: (will need to find some CV cups for the rear.... or make some)
I like the part where you said "OR MAKE SOME"

That's my old bov^^. Glad it's gone to good use!
Jayrome, it's a mechanical rear LSD, so normal rear CV cups will fit it.
You have a viscous front LSD. That's the LSD that you need the special longer CV cup for. You will also need a front diff crownwheel to suit the viscous centre, plus longer LSD bolts.
What rear diff ratio will you be running? 3.545 (GSR/VR4) or 3.909 (EVO I-III / EVO GVR4)?
Because the 58-tooth viscous front diff crownwheel that you need for the 3.545 rear diff ratio is rare as (off a GSR RS).
The EVO I-III used viscous front diff crownwheels.
BUT, EVO I-II had 64 teeth to use with a 1.09 transfer case ratio and 3.909 rear diff ratio.
EVO III had 63 teeth to use with a 1.074 transfer case ratio to get the 3.909 rear diff ratio.
Just making sure you've got all that sorted

Ahh cheers for that, i'm running 3.545 VR4
Front lsd I have the CV cups to match (this LSD was previously in my FWD box), crown wheel I will have to machine to make fit (unless the FWD box crown wheel fits the VR4 box?)
Rear lsd though, the CV cups I have here from a VR4 3 bolt, are to small. So i'll have to find to figure out what cups it takes...
Will have to research more on the matter shortly after i finish the Fuel tank install and finish welding the body work.....
Cheers for heads up!

Wouldnt the rear need a 4-bolt GVR4 CV cup? Might be same as a normal GSR/EVO anyway. Bazeng, BrisVR4 and some other GVR4 gurus should know. Im not too clued up about the rear diffs on the GVR4's.
finally got some time to finish welding up the rear chassis... Now to rebuild the diff and put some new bushes in....

So I have been bed ridden for 3 weeks, slowly getting back into the swing of things.....
Parts for rear end rebuild..
RDA looks to have merged a few of there brake disc's together old/new series 4/5 stud.
Handbrake finally set up
Rear end finally finished, LSD and 26mm sway bar installed, new carrier bearings with alloy bushings
3" full tucked front pipe
Need to make rear drive shafts, a few parts have to be machined to sit properly
Rear wheel clearance with 17X9.75 +25
