looks good with the spoiler, I wonder what a evo X spoiler would look like

i was thinking that, the Ralliart spoiler is apparently a few inches shorter then the EVO X one.....

it was a stock head gasket, i busted 2 of them while on the other engine N/A and supercharged.. i think there just shit...

LSD wise i have no idea on brand but there are 4 huge chunky gears on the inside but i'll check for markings later.. and yes its going into stocky FWD box, i might change the syncros while i'm at it..... i have a few gear boxes i have collected so i might just take the good stuff from each......

yer havent had much play with multi layer head gaskets yet.... the deck and head are still fresh, the head gasket hasn't even made imprints on them yet.... but i will double check tolerances are good enough to go ahead with a MLS or if not i'll shove another stocky in (probably going to blow it again)

any tips guys?

lil bit of copper spray wont hurt? any suggestions?

i'm realy hanging for the LSD, more cornering fun

When I threw the '63t into my car i replaced the OEM head gasket with a cometic one. Just did the usual things when replacing headgasket. Cleaned both surfaces, made sure they were square and used abit of grease to position the gasket in place.
haven't had a problem since! But then again I haven't run over 20pound either.

probably not, i'm still running a band aid (SAFC) havent put the microtech in yet...
i'm running almost full retard on the CAS, slight ping on the low end but its compensating with the SAFC.... and some insanely good fuel economy which is random.....

bare in mind i'm on high comp compared to everyone else.....

yerp the stock MLS headgaskets are pretty good! some people tend to think they are better then cometic.. anyways something is up if your blowing them...

r u running factory mitsubishi graphite gaskets or aftermarket graphite ones?

I say whatever you do next, get it tuned.

By SAFC, are you using a wbo2 to monitor afr's?

Are you monitoring knock some how?

Anyway, get yourself a cometic 1.6mm gasket or if you have the dosh, go tomei 1.8mm gasket. Try and drop the comp as much as possible!

Where did the gasket break anyway??? between cylinders (? & ?).

Everything still looks nice and clean at least!

yer i'll piss the safc off and probably go stand alone soon.... if all else fails.... 6G72 it is!!....

i think the cometic is 1.3mm thick.... hope it holds out...... i'll dry install it first... if it leaks within the week i'll take it out and copper spray it.....

still need to buy a wide band too.... as for knock, the position of my sensor issnt really ideal for checkin knock on the data logger, again its an old sensor..
