Or you could use a solid piece of brass/copper pressed in instead of the rubber. Effectively solid but abit more forgiving then welding it i guess.

the breather set up, was slightly better then stock but not enough to really notice......

some more goodies:

so stock replacement HD clutch + re surface flywheel was around $600ish total from a few different companies...

i talked to the guys who did our massive T4G RDA group order (a few years back) and they hooked me up with this for the same price (approx)

4puk brass button clutch (i know should be interesting for everyday), HD pressure plate and 4.5KG flywheel (9kg stock)

lets see how she holds out after the run in period....

should be fien for everyday driving Jay, my 3 puk in the GSR is fine for everyday ? I prefer a heavy pedal though so that may explain it.

Hate it when i get back in the civic and the clutch feels like its non- existent :lol:

hehe i know the feeling of going from a heavy clutch to a extremely feather clutch! one is like trying to snap a brick in half the other is just a match stick....

going from my galant to my Ute, takes a few mins to adjust

i must admit, for the clamping force this pressure plate has, its like a stock clutch. not heavy not light and bare-able in traffic

yer bro i do everything my self.... electrical to welding to panel beating etc...... you save alot of $$$$ learning to do it your self...

the turn is not a sharp as it actually looks, its just i couldnt get any mandrel bends that had a very small radius of a trun..
