what did it involve to do the rears?
nothing really, just had to custom machine a collet to shrink the hole size down to 12mm, then press fit it in..... but now the ass end of my car is way off the ground...... might have to take out the "helper springs" to dump it a lil more...... its also set to the lowest setting possible...
now the ass end looks like this....
apologies for size of piks.....

Wont that screw with the whole geometry of the suspension and actually make it handle worse??
IRS yes it would but i dont have that so wont do anything to it.... nothing can be adjusted at the back of our GGSR's..
i tried to fit vr4 shocks onto the amg, and the entire shocker itself was longer....
great effort btw!
let us know how you go..
y danka....
the shock is an entire 30mm longer then the standard ones but the shock still has bout 40mm left of play so i will play around with the helper spring or so, to get it back down to my liking height..... or mod the shock it self.. maybe.....
if it it wont do what i want.... i'll just put the old lowered suspension on the ass end and leave the Teins on the front ...... stand by guys, i may have rear Teins for sale soon lol!
