Rear dive shafts is the last piece annoying piece... after that.. it all falls into place...

Dat feel, of never completing/driving the car but installing new parts on it!!
you know my pain/pleasure well my friend...... ahahha .... new/old/hand made/recycled... i still get a tingle when i install fresh parts on my galant
Eventually we will finish our cars............... one day............ soon.......... we hope...............

small update...
New wheels arrived: XXR 968 17X10 +20, fronts are filled, rears can go 17X12 before they poke out.
Redesigning the cooler piping route. Cold side is less then 30cm long. Hot side pipe will also hold the heat shield over turbo and manifold.

I think the benefits are more for him and not the car... (Gives him 40 more kws in reverse! Shhh!)
He takes great pride in giving people with ocd's the shits because of 'Mitsubishi & DOHC 18valve' being upside-down.
I for one still can't get my head around it... Looks wrong but when he's done (sometime next century) it'll be just right!

Just by feel, the later model heads have better response and over all torque curve (using the same turbo/tune/etc), although that could be down to: intake manifold volume and or combustion chamber design.

fixed up wiring and hoses on the intake mani, and fabricated an alloy cross pipe for coolant resi ....
changed cooler pipe route, shortest possible..
and more fun times ahead..... KAAZ 1.5 rear lsd! just have to set up the drive shafts...
