So took it for a quick shake down (still doesnt have a cover on the fuel tank) the turbo is hanging to be turned up!!

75amp alt decided to die... 

 

had a 110amp Mitsu GTO lying around i thought i'd make fit...

Car idles very smooth now, even when the fans kick in with the interior fan/headlights and high beams on...

This is how smooth the engine runs even with a sudden 40amp draw from the fans (2X12" aftermarket fans). With previous 75amp alt, engine used to drop RPM when fans kick in..

fuel cell cover done in stainless sheet... just need to wait for sound deadening/insulation to cover it..

Finally found a rear bumper valance... what ever its called... was in bad shape, still needs a few touch ups with the hammer..

finally figured out mitsubishi's rear CV design for VR4..... 

 

Designing a CV cup for 3 bolt shafts to be used on a LSD diff... 

 

on photo: LSD cup, Front inner CV cup, Rear 3 bolt inner universal CV, Customized cup

Thats where my battery is. If it needs a charge, I charge through the alt wire in the engine bay fuse box.
4g93t jumbuck conversion. PRANGED 18/3/12, CHECK MY MEMBER RIDES Page 11. no serious human injuries.
ON THE ENGINE STAND. g4cs 2.4l + Gt35r. PLUS: auto conversion + Awd coming.
