very tuff, is it alot better turbo?
can you get cheap superchargers?
um yes and no, i liked the instant power from the S/C, but then the turbo gives you more kick top end.... soo 50/50 on it soo far...
still have to upgrade the exhaust to really tell you...
as for S/C's cheap... i can get brand new ones but ebay is good for 2nd's...

Thats one hell of a strut brace! What Ecu do you have?
Aspec VR4 ECU..
20X20mm square tube wont move at all, its stronger then the alloy brace i originally had on it, looks like ass, but it works...

Are the rods / crank the same in the ggsr and vr4? as for pistons, the stock vr4 ones aren't anything special..
If you wanted to do your bottom end, just buy a block, forge it and put it in. Stock VR4 engines nowadays are all pretty much tired and need a rebuild..
What boost are you running atm?

6psi, engine seems to be holding strong, usuall strange sounds from day 1 soo seems to be fine so far.... i'm fairly sure VR4/GGSR have the same internals minus the compression on the top of the VR4 piston and the oil squirter's and that cradle other then those.... identical....
i have a spare N/A engine that i might build up with stock VR4 internals, but get the insides coated in performance coatings and lighten the crank.... see how we go....

rear part of wide body is almost complete... fronts are on the way.. still need to install the EVO8 muffler and the new engine....
oh and who knew WRX MOMO steering wheels fit GVR4/GGSR's (with minor mods of course) cheaper then new!

ahaha yer noticed that too on ebay.... although the WRX wheel was HEAPS cheaper lol.... $50 vs $300 hurm... lol....
