I'm actually a little miffed since these have arrived - the E3 seats I sold you actually have far superior support for your hips/legs than what the TME seats do !
I don't think I'll lose too much sleep over it though

Yeah, it used to have a full e3 kit on it (fibreglass, not genuine)u used to have an e3 bar didnt you..? looks better with the e2 anyways...
I wanted real guards, so needed a bar .. and I got the front bar and rear wing cheaper than what I could buy an E3 bar for.
I've got a lip too, but I've gotta get around to fixing it up before I can put it on the car.

Took the car back down to the creek tonight, ran 11.5 @ 124. We're not sure where the trap speed has gone to (maybe clutch), so we're gonna throw it on the dyno in the next week or so and figure it out.
The car's hooking up better on the new tyres, ran 1.7 60's, I'm gonna need to get into the mid 1.6s to drop the ET though.

Also, a mate gave me some 3mm billet radiused runners last night he had laying around from an old project, so we're going to throw an inlet manifold together soon with a billet throttle body.

Nah, fuck that, it's a street car man - I drive it to the track and race it exactly as it's driven on the street. Now the car's sorted again, I'll probably go back to racing it every week like I used to - ripping shit out every Wednesday is too much hassle to bother with.
Besides, the shit you can take out easily enough (spare tyre, back seats, etc) weigh fuck all anyway and aren't going to make much of a difference.
The one concession I might make is to throw a set of 15s on it to get a bit more height in the sidewall. If I could find a set of 16" OZ wheels (for a reasonable price!), I'd probably ditch the advantis and run them full time with 50 series rubber.
