-Turbo fitted
-Wastegate cleared (power steering pump needed some work)
-Dump pipe will foul the radiator (only just)
In any case, I think if you were to make a custom dump pipe, it'll either need an extension flange (comming off the ss exhaust housing, extending the wastegate out further away from the dump pipe) to clear it from the dump... OR to face the wastegate up and make it bend 180 degrees back down to the dump... You are very scarce for space especially with engine roll etc..
Are you willing to shorten the radiator? Maybe do something like the guys do in the states which is go 1/2 sized radiator for issues like this.
Go back to a stock radiator, this may allow clearance of the dump to be ok.
OR since you do not have aircon, get Darren from trickfab to fabricate a custom radiator that fits under your radiator support. This will allow you to bolt on that dump pipe and also look nicer..
Looking good though Dan!

Went and saw the car last night @ TRIKFAB ..
New ARE intercooler is mounted, piping is finished. He was working on the new dump pipe when I got there last night so I think the car may be heading back to Springy next week
I need to get some 800cc SARD injectors STAT.
Greddy Type R BOV is being mounted on that bend in the cold side, and plumbed back into the 4" aluminium intake which is also being made at the moment. A BMC filter boxed off in a custom sheet aluminium box will be sitting in front of the fuse box.
Oh and I also have the EX-Bazeng A-spec extrude honed and HPC coated intake manifold to go on, which should improve airflow compared to the cyclone on there now.
hopefully ill have some more pics by next week

Went and check on it again today, dump pipe is almost finished and looking shmicko
Dropped off the new airfilter so the 4" intake can be made up. A new cat back exhaust is alsao being fabricated with a 5x8" oval magnaflow muffler and drop tip this week.
I will be removing the braided -6 fuel supply line and replacing it with a larger diameter hard line as Im not happy with the way it has been installed . Might look into getting a surge tank setup as well.
Cams, Cam gears, Beehive valve springs and titanium retainers are also being installed this week, so then the car will be all ready to pop down to Springy for a new tune.

The oil return is over an inch away from the wastegate return pipe from memory, although I know you can get an additional hi-temp resistant sleeve for it from gtpumps if needed

I recommended to get some larger diameter alloy tubing in there instead. Places like Earls etc sell it and its cheap enough to replace - actually its cheaper, safer and will last longer than braided line It's up to you mate... just thought I'd give you a heads up that you're gonna have to inspect it regularly to be on the safe side.
Dont worry dude Im already on it
new larger diameter hardline, surge tank in the boot etc etc
and fill the 5000 holes that have been put in my floor

Still looking good for end of this week (if all goes to plan)
My bad for extending out the timeframe - opportunities keep arising that are too good to pass up (i.e - Cat back exhaust rework, Headgasket install)
Happens to everythone though i guess

rocker cover looks great against the new paint.
im not so convinced, I like it, but then I reckon its too bright...
maybe a purple or dark blue would look better?

if your keeping the amber corners, it will match perfectly.
that was my original line of thought, although that was back when i was painteing the car that mazda RX8 red....
i could get clear corners, clear side repeaters and the stock tailights with the clear indicator section instead?
