LoL yeh word danny cool did a fuken good set man. i was there also, rooting for my mate, the 17 year old that entered, dj insition (cant spell)
IMHO i dont think A-style deserved it, sure he got the crowd hype but that was coz they were all his groupies lol did u see the chicks with the "A-STYLE CREW" t-shirts??? lol



yeah, it helps when your mates are the judges.......


I didnt notice any girls? Must have been because of all the guys!!

well i personally know one of the judges and i can vouch for him and that he would have judged everyone according to actual skill and not just how the crowd reacted but as for the rest....

fair point, all im saying is, he actually judges the set and how well its put together, how well they pull things off, how many f**kn battle records they whip out in the 6 minute set lol...god some ppl just LOVE thier battle records lol

GSRSOL can people put their music on the site to download, you said that you make a demo every month would be good to get it out there so more people want it? and they can vote on how good it is! give you positive feedback! (maybe)

Does Virtual DJ count? lol.
I muck around with that a fair bit, and im not too bad.
Usually gets me by to DJ parties between mates etc.
Nothing too serious, just a passion.

I've got 2 X cdj-800s and a vestax pmc-55. Also got a PMC-46mkII that sits in its box! sweet mixer... don't play anywhere but have played in a couple of places and brought a dj out from the states!
just don't find the time anymore though to muck around!!

how do you find the CD type decks over the vinyl ones??
ive always wanted to learn to dj but never had the opportunity or funds to buy the gear.

I would want to play a good variety of music with some scratching thrown in

just figured the CD ones would lead to costing ALOT less to play compared to the vinyl decks as then you need to buy records
