Hey guys the Annual Rice Vs Muscle is on @ the Townsville Drags 15/09/2007.
Possibility of 2 very fast EVO's from down south appearing.

Yeah the MPS is an awesome car!!!!!!
They run 0-100 in just 6.1, So just a bee's dick on a evo.
I have onwed some powerfull/quick cars in my time, But I have never had a car that shocked me like the MPS did. :shock: (Ok maybe my 650hp RX7 did)
The evo 7/8 is a way older car, and doesn't have cruise control.
Took it for a run to cairns on the weekend, got 8.2 per 100L!
Would LOVE to take it on the track with some better pads, has massive 320mm rotors!!
Just an amazing car, I took Jacqui's dad for a quick fang in it (Scared the living crap out of him) did a U turn around a round a bout at 100kph, not the slightest hint of understeer and it stuck! mind you I did have the TCS and stability cont ON and you can feel it realy working.
I cant say enough about this car.

Yes, and yes to shaw road.....

Gates open at 2pm, scrutineering from 2.30pm to 4.30pm and qualifying from 3 till 5.30pm. Drivers briefing at 6.30pm which all racers must attend, after the meeting race numbers are called out and assigned a staging lane to line up in. Dial in's are taken by your bracket official, so you must be at the drivers briefing. Racing kicks off at 7pm. Competitor entry is $35 and you enter at the gate. Only the first 3 qualifying passes will count towards your seeding position, any other passes even if they are quicker will only give you an indication of what to dial in for the racing at night, and wont change your seeding position.There is one bracket offered which is the muscle vs rice bracket, to be eligible cars must be currently registered. Second bracket is for those not eligible for the first bracket. Third bracket is the bike bracket.Trophy presentation after the meeting.
