Brisbane is somewhat close to surfers.......Townsville is nowhere near it....try 1200kms or more

the chip is still sitting in the glove box, got back from nsw today and it is bloody wet the whole way. i just made it through Rocky by 10min before they closed the hwy otherwise i would b waiting there for a week to cross the river.

I know there is a big km difference, but there was no South east qld chat....not that I saw anyway. I was on my phone.
On a slightly related note...QLD = piss poor attempt at having nice Jap cars. I saw 1 Evo 7 and 1 Legnum. There were a million Mercs, beemers, dickheads in SUV's...but no nice cars.
