So was that the issue?? the 2" flange plate in the exhaust??
I would still be doing the cams dialing in if you have just fitted the cams yourself without having them dialled in....?
Correctly set up cams (dialled in) can make a huge difference performance wise Shane

DOH!! I didn't even think of the 2" section of exhaust I have flanged onto my 3" system to quieten it down on the street!!
I'll try removing that....
Somehow, I think that will make a substancial difference. A few years ago, I needed to clear my car from a defect as it was too loud. Anyway, I placed a restrictor (steel plate with holes) between two flanges in the exhaust system, steel wool in the muffler with a silencer. That acheived a DB just below 90, but the car was making no boost whatsoever! The exhaust was so restrictive, that it became a turbo non-turbo car!

Yeah I'll look at getting the cams dialled in, but it'll have to be at a later stage as to be honest I just don't have the time or $$$ to spend on getting it done.
I'm considering dropping the back section of the exhaust on the day and running it with no muffler if that's allowed.
