Unfortunately the mechanic lost interest so the car had to be rescued and taken home my garage. Mow it has some shiny new bits..

That's a 6lose manifold yeah? Not much room for the turbosmart gates on them huh? :?

The inlet manifold I purchased off EBay.

That 6boost manifold is solid and looks and fits fine but there isn't much room left over. Still have to plumb in the wastegate dump pipe and the intercooler piping too..

dude.
I hope you can take constructive comment's. But get rid of that cooler.. Or fix the end tanks. They will be a weak point in the search for power.
Now i wont say this without backing up my comment.
reason: You have air flowing in.. passes through the core and POW.. hits a wall. you need to curve the end tanks so the air follows a natural path to the outlet of the cooler.. right now. it just stops..
but everything else looks great so far.. good luck with it all .. keep us up-to-date

You do know that the heat and humidity that you get in Cairns will cause that intake manifold to fall apart.
Better you should send it down to me and I can send you a nice stock unit that will work for you

that intake looks sweet, If thats a drift air filter, they flow really well but dont really filter at all,I had rubber stains in my housing after going down sandown at the easternats, I would pay the money and get a better one
