ECU numbers. Evo I, II, III?

I have a 4G63 complete motor and loom and ECU from a Evo. I am wanting to know what version this is. The ECU has CD9A writting on it with paint from the wrecker, but this can't be trusted.

ECU number is:
MD187701

I assume there are no significat differences between I, II and III evo.
