and so have other people but yeah it seems when you say somthing bad about them you get flamed by everyone else

They did the work I paid them too, but IMO their attitude and overall level of customer service didn't win me over and I won't be going back to them.

you will hear both good and bad stories from every workshop..

i was qouted one amount for my job came in to get car back and pay for it qoute almost trippled

and i didnt even get a phone call to tell me there was a new charge

Same here - I was quoted one price and ended up being charged almost 3x more without any type of warning or notice. The response when I questioned it: "Well that's the time we spent on it and we don't work for free".

I don't expect anybody to work for free - but I do expect to be treated fairly and with a bit of respect when it comes to being a paying customer.

just saying the work is taking a bit longer then we thought as there was some things we had to do that we did not think we had to

but not when you rock up with cash and they go OH sorry it this amount



I see techsport now as a place you go to get basic things done as alot of there stuff is done out of house

we have purchased parts off jeff a few times ,always a pleasure to deal with jeff, haven't had any problems

I have no doubt he's a nice bloke when things are going OK - but wait until you go pick your car up and have to pay for some work that's been done only to get told that it's going to cost you more than you were quoted.

See what the attitude is like then when you question having to shell out extra $$$.

it only took them 6 weeks to do something that they said would only take them no more than 2
