Leveling out the body to be sure the motor sits perfectly with the new passenger mount
Stubby mount complete
Air to Water intercooler and front heat exchanger (Jack be fappin)
Nice to see a proper a2w core
The cooling system will be closed loop and share the overflow with the radiator, this remote inline cap makes this all possible
here is the pump
The bracket I made to mount the intercooler
Here is some of the pipe work

You might find that you'll need it if you plan on running decent boost through that system.

How much time do you spend in a parking lot with your performance car? If you do a lot of parking lot driving, and hang out in parking lots, chances are you are a ricer, go home and read import tuner. If you’re complaining about noise you should not be modifying your car. You should also consider no longer being a man, please hand in your genitals at the door.

The added volume will reduce the heat soaking. Once the heat is in, hard to remove.
I would recommend a drain valve and easy filling cap also.
Ice will take it below ambient. You will make huge power gains down low with this.
The added weight for your fwd will also be useful if you find a good place at the front of the car.

I put a air bleed in the highest spot of the air cooler and ran it to the little cap (same as you have) or your cooler will be only half full of water as the air will be trapped inside.
my stupid cap is lh thread, is yours?

My recommendation is a separate tank that allows you to also add an ice mix and bypass the heat exchanger.
The added volume will reduce the heat soaking. Once the heat is in, hard to remove.

Are you running their external water tank as well?
You might find that you'll need it if you plan on running decent boost through that system.
The setup will be closed loop, with an overflow system. I will data log and see how I go with the large front heat exchanger.
Yep, i be fappin.
I put a air bleed in the highest spot of the air cooler and ran it to the little cap (same as you have) or your cooler will be only half full of water as the air will be trapped inside.

Yep, mines left hand thread, It ruined my brain when I first found out. I still don't get it.
Straight up man, i fucking love this build. Very cool and gives me ideas for when/if I get money and time with the RVR. Well done so far bro.
