I have purchased new Gates racing belts, a Nippon racing rebuild kit with Mls head gasket, a can of ACL Hylomar spray and some copper gasket maker.
I have been advised not to use this MLS head gasket, I have no idea why. Should I use it or get a standard composite style? I plan to run around 20psi.
Now I'm looking for Jap timing belt bearings, ARP head studs and possibly ACL Racing Rings and bearings if I get my hands on clearances to go about a rebuild.
Any ideas would be great, thanks in advanced.

I've been porting and porting and porting and porting for days now and finally its almost complete, just the head to go (all this porting better be f**kn worth it lol).
Got my hands on a new 30 psi Autometer boost gauge (don't ask questions lol) and some ARP head, main and rod bolts/studs for reliability.
I finally got off my arse and removed the snapped bolts from the exhaust housing I've been porting. Now I'm waiting on ACL race series bearings and new timing pulleys. As far as parts go I should be set. Ohh and maybe a set of forgies (still thinking about it).
Once I've got all the parts and the porting is complete the head and block can be sent out for the decks to be planed/honed. Then shell be ready for assembly.

Im not the biggest fan of cordias, but for some reason it doesn't look too out of place with the front bar.

Mmmmmm Torque plate.
ACL race gasket kit for the rebuild and a second set of coilovers which are fully adjustable. I will be using this set for street and the others will be left for track work. I decided to go with a second set of coilovers for street as they can be lowered without affecting ANY suspension travel, nice.
With these Pistons and rods I save approximately 450g off the rotating assembly. This is over the stock cast components.
Some shots of the short block
Bores after torque plate hone
crank balanced, blueprinted and assembled
Forged goodness
I’m craving to drive this right about now.

To save me a little time I have copied and pasted from cordiapower.com
Here we have a TME steering wheel ( With no airbag ). These are so hard to get a hold of.
And, a Ralliart gear knob which has about 6 gearboxes to destroy.
Today's efforts
So…….what’s in the box, what’s in the box, what’s in the box today?
Is that a Kaaz 1.5way mechanical lsd?........................ I think it might be
Also a few months ago I rebuilt the brake and clutch master cylinders, here’s a pic

These heads are poorly cast, for this reason here I am cleaning up Mitsubishi’s casting defects. This should help with eliminating some stress concentration to help further with eliminating chance of failure due to cracking.
Performing an oil port to the head, this is the same port I do to all me heads. Reason for this is that multiple shaves reduce flow to the head, this ensures it will not starve.
