Just a few quick snapshots taken by a friend from a rally I attended this weekend (in-car video coming):

Here's a quick video, though it really doesn't show much of the course:

Was a fun drive, but unfortunately I DNF'd on the last run of 5 and all times were counted into the total, thus earning me a no-place finish.

Bummer about the dnf, they can spoil the whole day eh.
Definitely put up some vids if you have them.
Wish we could rally in short sleeves.

Haha, let's not imagine.... it's my reality ;p. Car is running up and down from 1-1.5k idle ><. i had to power wash the air intake it was so clogged.... the front mount was caked so tough it wasn't even recognizable. Gonna be eating dirt for a few weeks :D

I'd say that this rally-x was pretty killer rough. Generally not like this. First time spot for the event, and the soil just gave out.

I think your RallyX is more like our Khanacrosses. Some of the khanas up here chop up pretty bad by the second day.

Yeah, I personally wouldn't be too excited about trying to race around that track. It's too chopped up and slow. You need the Dakar Pajero in those conditions.

Haha, i was thinking: "Dakar Pajero? What the hell is that?"

Googled it and I would definitely agree ;). The course was a mess, but none the less fun power sliding around.
