Had to drop the gearbox
Decided to give it a clean and paint it after seeing Scotts
Came out great will make all the other bits I plan to do stand out

Most parts painted are back together
Changed timing belt to gates racing
Reset cams

Had a few issues after getting it back together...
Clutch didn't feel right kept shuddering/slipping turned out to be pressure plate
Lesson learnt, dont buy second hand clutch
On search for new clutch kit
Tracked down some white hoses to replace the blue ones
Bit different....like the rest of the car
Stock intake manifold looks bit out of place now so aftermarket one is in the works
Hopefully be ready for tune by the end of the month
Fingers crossed
Bloody cars lol gets frustrating
Time=Money
I can see why people pull the pin and sell up before finishing
Had that same thought many times
I'm sure driving it will take all that away

Radiator hose and vaccum hose got from uk used the bottom rad hose for bov worked out well
