hi all, I have just finished rebuilding the engine in a aus spec lancer gsr however i believe the timing belt is one tooth out.....my own stuipid fault car still has rego and should be ready to run with the timing belt on properly. adjustable cam gears, arp head studs, big 16g turbo with 3inch dump, 510 cc inj, evo 3 afm, evo 3 ecu chipped for a gsr, full three inch exhaust custom intercooler piping slotted rotors all round with bendix pads. Separate from the car i also have a gto big brake kit with rotors has others but cant remember them all have had car running did not blow any smoke.. i also have another gsr minus motor and gearbox. has no roof rust and is complete apart from the mentioned. i also have a spare proton satria gti motor. along with spare power steering pumps altinators, 14b turbo, and much more.

i am finally sick of working on lancers and have taken up fishing and camping and require a small "go anywhere" 4wd.
And so I am willing to trade both these cars for a 4wd.
would like it to be easily registerable.
does not have to be able to tow anything just get anywhere.
i am looking at something like a :
suzuki sierra, vitarra. rocky.
even an older hilux ute.
im not worried about little dings, or air con.
i know how much i will be losing out on but i've pretty much made up my mind so it will be someone elses big gain.

hey guys. ive just rebuilt an engine in a lancer gsr. ive decided to try datalog it, unfortunitly all the pins were missing from the comm port. i then found a 16pin obd2 port just above it all wired up. then after pulling the ecu apart it has a chip torque chip inside. i want to datalog the car so i made up a jumper kit (comm port one side obd2 other). i cant find where the black wire goes from the back of the comm port to on the car?.

i want to log the car am i better off re doing all the wiring straight from the ecu so there is no confusion in the wiring?

should i try run with the chip torque setup and look for a hand controller?

bottom end is pretty much stock has been rebuilt in the last 20,000km one cylinder is sleeved.
the head has been ported and polished proffessionally, hks 272cams, hks adjustable cam gears, upgraded valves and valve springs. proffessionally painted tappet cover with ebay job sparkplug cover.

reason for sale is i picked this up with another purchase but i have decided to stick with the mighty 93t (and its aircon).

hey guys sorry to bring this up again. my parts havent arrived from ricki and its almost been two months. i thought it had been sorted out last time but they still havent arrived and i cant get hold of him.
if he cant get them sent up i would really like my $600bucks back. would it be possible for anyone to ask him whats going on? cheers guys.
