Its a combination of all the above. 4th gear under load in a stock tranny with OEM preloads, 28psi boost and shifting at WOT
Off topic: Is that one of the Bullseye Holset HX40's that can bolt onto the OEM manifold? How do you find it?

actually its not bolton HX40 and its modified with bigger wheels inside. anyways its huge monster :P

ok next time i'll try to use NLTS system and see how G.box will last.

thx

What pre-loads are you using for the bearings?
4th gear is pretty notorious for breaking once you start putting decent power through it.

sorry i dont understand what u mean

sorry my poor english.

what exactly are you breaking in the gear box?

Gear itself first time it was both gears for 4th which is on Input shaft + intermediate shaft

this time i broke 2nd gear on input shaft only but small broken pieces of metal broke other bears 1 2 tooth :(

i believe the same for an series 1 gsr and evo1.. theres a sensor in the bottom of the radiator which does the same thing...

i believe series 2 gsr and evo2/3's, the fan is controlled by the ECU

my radiator doesnt have any sensor.
