Window motor help

Hey members, I have an e2 and my Passenger window suddenly stop going down but I can hear the motor is still functioning. What could be the problem. Did it come out of place or something. Because I can simply just push the window down with ease but i will have to pull it back up

hey guys, my turn signals dont work but my hazards do & im not sure which one is the relay for it because i dont know where to find the english under dash fuse box diagram...any help would be gladly appreciated.

I know i havnt posted a while since i last owned a E2 last year. I bought another one here are a few pictures....
i felt it deserved a photoshoot. It was a bit dirty and the lip felt off a bit & i didnt realized until i left
