Swapping evo6 rear seat arm rest for evo7 one

Hi

I have a evo6 and want to swap for the evo7 rear arm rest to the 6, although i want to keep the original evo6 trim.

i have taken the evo7 armrest off, but i'am stuck with the evo6 one as i cant get that one off..

is this a easy arm rest swap? or would i have to swap the upholstery trims over? keep in mind i want keep the trim matching with the front seats

has anyone done this?
