there still in the block. i can remove them on the w/e and take picks if needed.

i have some Stock 2nd hand ones from cc gsr, willing to let them go fairly cheep.
had 150,000kms on them. was running good at time when removed.
removed for a 4g63 upgrade.

Cant make a mono into 2. mono is for subs only
running 2 things off a mono is not dangerous, unless you wire it in a way that will overload it. ie if you have 2 dual voice coil subs at 4 ohm per coil and wire it in paralell which will mean its at 1ohm and if your amp isnt 1ohm stable it can cause damage.

All GENUINE SSQV's are adjustible, so if its not making the correct sound and its adjusted properly, then its most probably poked.


Actually 99% sure the new genuine ones arnt. i remember reading it somwhere, and i know someone who got a new one and it didnt.

mine has the adjustment and it also had the purple insert (silver is standard)
the purple ones sound slighly different and will anly make the high pitch wistle type sound at higher boost, where the silver ones do it even at lover boost.
