Evo 1 electric mirrors

surely this is easy when you know how or where!!!

my electric mirrors won't fold in or out, l have replaced the switch without that fixing it. the glass will still move via the switch but they wont do the folding in or out thing. would it be the relay? and if so just where is that sucker located?
