Well, i have been in Tibet meditating for the past (insert WTF time works for you) and have decided to keep the un-registered POS rotting in the yard for (insert WTF time works for you).
Point is, I've resigned myself to the fact that nobody appreciates my craftsmanship, so now I have a point to prove. Stay tuned for mediocrity

Would think the e 1-3 were the same as Rvr?
They are! 276mm, but without the banjo fitting in favour of a straight bolt up style.
If you want to get a 324mm rotor setup, hit me up, I am running a R34 GTR V-Spec rotor up front with a dogbone fitting a std R34 calliper. Happy to photo/measure/describe vie interpretive dance, the details if you want the specs.

#341533 Trucked RVR?
Posted by Benzo4gT on 01 July 2018 - 06:57 AM
Hmmmm, ok. Most utes have a ladder chassis to facilitate the need to carry weight, I think the RVRs look weird enough to fool people into a false sense of security already without the need to increase weight in order to meet DOT requirements.
If you want to get freaky without the need for large vegetables and fishnets outside of the bedroom (not judging, but happy to join in if the safe word is 'bacon') I'd point you in the direction of a ladder chassis. Anything you can fit on it is fine as long as OEM GVM and braking specs are maintained, at least in QLD that is...........but we tend to bang our first cousins rather that our second cousins, so read into that what you want.
Hi Admins! I'm still a weirdo, feel free to delete and/or spank me.
As an aside, there was an Open Gear model that would be the best base to start from if you wanted to turn something that looks like crap into actual crap. My 2c

No Buyers?
Really?
Faaaaark, such a great chance to buy an underated 4g63 powered sleeper........mine has a fair few berries, and when on 18psi the balls too! I've reduced the weight of mine to just over 1400kg........
Oh well, looks like I'm gonna keep it..........AND the forged engine so it looks like I'll be hanging around you c#nts for a while longer.

1997 RVR HSG-R
So it's time to say goodbye to my RVR, I'll set about listing all the goodies it has and also try to explain all the fabricating work I have done over the past
couple of years of ownership
The list of parts:
Apexi AVC-R boost controller - can set boost and duty every 500rpm, set it by gear, and it can auto learn. It makes my 25g spool so close to a 16g
Water to air intercooler with reserve tank in the back of the car, cobra pump that can be run at 100% duty, custom W/A radiator in the front, temp gauge
Speed Density
Evo 8 MR BOV
ECMLink V3 lite - read up on this, it is an under rated bit of tuning software. Mathias Boldt uses it in his 1100hp + 4g colt in Germany. This will come with
transfer of ownership to access the knowledge base within the ECMLink site.
Battery relocation to rear of car vented to outside and with a custom carpeted cover for a stock style look
R34 GTR V-Spec 328mm front rotors with 4 pot calipers and fresh pads
Evo 8 wheels with 80% tread on tyres
TD06-25g Kinugawa turbo with custom 3" dump pipe, 40mm ext. WG merging just before firewall, heat wrapped
3 inch mandrel exhaust with dump before 1 3/4 inch dummy pipe. I have a big arse cannon that was originally on it that will go with this car
Tinted windows legal tint
Keyless entry with imobilizer custom mounted with deflection plates inside the door to deter theft
Kenwood head unit bluetooth conectivity for hands free calls, sony splits in the front doors, custom modification and sound deadening and sealed door.
JVC 600 watt amp installed under passenger seat
12 inch JVC sub in a custom .9cu. ft carpeted box
Lowered springs - Pedders, YAY. They do the job, looks good and has 2.5 neg camber on front, corners well
Veyron inspired paint scheme and a.......................PFFFFFT, who am I kidding, it looks like someone yakked up a kebab or two on it on the way home from
a night of debauchery, but it has no roof rust. I can supply Sophia white and materials to return it to factory colour if wanted.
Due to liability the car will be de-registered, but I will pay for a permit if needed.
$5200
I am open to negotiation, and thank you for reading.
I will also post up some pictures in the next day or two

I'm out guys, the whole lot is getting sold.
There is a complicated and sad story to accompany it..................nah just messin' with ya, I'm just bored with it all. There is no scene here, and driving 400ish ks to a track is as horrible as watching a
fat chick trying to get sunscreen on to parts of herself that shouldn't be out in the open anyway.
I will list all the stuff in a for sale thread over the next few days, and I will use proper tags instead of the immature ones I'm famous for.
Keep an eye out for it all, most of the parts are not specific to an RVR..............except the RVR itself, that is very specific to an RVR.

#337980 Central locking trigger wire.
Posted by Benzo4gT on 17 July 2017 - 09:23 AM
Take the trim under the steering wheel (the one that has the speaker grill in it), you'll then see a bunch of relays on a white-ish relay block. Undo the two 10mm bolts at the top of it so you can access the back, or alternatively you can break your forearm, pull your eye from it's socket and duct tape it to the arm so you can see the wires..........
The wires are behind the large relay.
Look for the two wires pictured, I can't remember which one is lock or unlock so you'll have to test them before committing to a solid solder joint/splice.
I should probably post up the pics of the work I've done on my door internals..............have I made a thread already about it? I should put a write up in the FB group.
These cars are really easy to get into

#337643 Here I go!
Posted by Benzo4gT on 26 June 2017 - 11:34 PM
So the Turdis has run out of Rego...............
I think it's time to do the build and put the tricked auto in.
I can either put a mild port head on with std valves (cost $0), or get the deep pocket ported head done with 2mm OS intake and 1mm OS exhaust valves.(cost = OUCH)
I'm going to put an SG front bar and a nimbus rear on it, and return it to Sophia white. I want to make it a proper sleeper like Leons Summit. I have to keep the camber and Evo 8 wheels on it due to
the 324mm rotors up front, should still be sleeper-ish.
The W/A setup will stay as will manifolds and quiet exhaust, ditching the cat, might put a cut-out on it for the strip.
I might ditch the interior and put a lighter seat setup in it............the SSG ones I have ATM weight a ton.
I might make up a fiberglass bonnet.
I have to keep motivated through this............it has been a long time doing anything on this POS.
I will post up progress pics, so this will serve as my build thread.

14psi, I had it at 17psi for a while on stock ecu......went like hell!
I haven't even tapped in to ECMLink, just so little time to tune.

Yeah man, I've not posted for a while. It's going great now, comes on not much different to stock like you said, and top end hammers.
I think with the 40mm Ext. gate and the Apexi AVC-R are a good combo to get it ramped up fast and the WG makes it feel like it has a bigger arse end high RPM.
No chrome or bling, just rust and unfinished stuff.

I welded the internal W/G on my td06/25g, then added a 40mm ext. gate with some interesting pipework. Pics aren't the best, but if you need more details PM me/FB group and I'd be more than happy to help out.

#334876 How many BHP can our auto gearbox handles
Posted by Benzo4gT on 16 December 2016 - 09:00 PM
200-300 AWHP? That is a lot for that box to handle, however, I'd probably run with the W4A32 for a while and see how it goes, when it breaks look for a W4A33, that's just my opinion though.
Engine wise, I'd go for the 4g63 and std ecu and keep it under 16psi, that will make you smile long enough to save for the rest of the drivetrain.
