To whoever took the time to work out Evo 7 radiator hoses work on a gsr, much love :P

He he..thats nice and a great idea.... OR if you dont like a lot of silicone/bling/whatever....OR if your in bumfuck nowhere that doesn't sell the radiator hose that you want (like Townsville), there's the CC Auto lancer lower radiator hose...PN: CH1809. You need to cut off about 4 inches or so off the hose where it connects onto the radiator so it clears the shifter cables, but it does the job and is real cheap!

Pic below:

Yes the hose labels are stuck to my bar fridge! LOL :P

Good work on the build so far!

It was great to catch up with Dave again and finally see the car go!

The car was having multiple issues throughout the day and Dave is still getting used to the car seeing as though he has only been at the track twice in it, with 6 months between passes.

Blew the radiator cap off on the third run and its having trouble getting off the line.

I have a lot of pics and the 5 videos of the passes that he did.

Here is just a sample until I get them all up:

#297813 6boost t3 manifold

Posted by 3zercrowd on 03 April 2014 - 08:28 AM

I dont own 6boost I only work there. Retail is normally $1100 im just trying to help out the forum members as it looked like there was a bit of interest in stock position manifolds. Sorry if doing the group buy was against rules I didn't relise

Hi. If Kyle is really keen to sell these to the guys they will be happy to buy them but like Tim said the best outcome is to become a sponsor and have his own page where potentially him and perhaps yourself can manage the products and services that you offer. He does good work and produces great outcomes.
I did ask him probably 5-6 years ago if he was keen on making std position Gsr manifolds and even offered to send him a spare one down to make up something... But it didn't really go anywhere. Sponsorship costs bugger all in the scheme of things for the extra exposure and the potential to sell a lot more product direct to an audience who is right here in front of him and willing to save money, get a good product and support local manufacturing.

Please pass this on to him and thank him for his time and support in this matter.

Dane.
