have you looked at the AEM wideband digital these are very easy to fit up and are suitable for all AM ecu

I have the CH front brakes which has the same PCD of 114.3 x 4 were as the FTO has a 5 stud... but I will be using the caliper which has a twin piston cal vs a single

just needing to seperate the hubs from the main piece and then rebuild it all to suit... fun times
