hi guy im having a big problem in my evo 3 . when i remove the plug wire from the plug its starts to fire between the coil pack and the plug wire any idea about that please help thanks

i bought a new ecu also but the problem stil there .. i cleaned the idle up valve also but no even e good sign ..
