Hey all life just got me a bewdy lately and I had to sell the RVR. Big thanks to everyone on here for they're contributions and knowledge.

Hopefully I can eventually buy it back and turn it into a weapon.

Wow I feel like a bit of a loser replying to my own thread, but I managed to source some correct bushings for the sway bar:

Rear Link Pin Bushes  EP755 Pedders

Rear Sway mount D bush EP 3206/20 Pedders - very tight fit, swearing required

Front Sway mount to chassis SPF 0266-22k Superpro

Ok well before ripping the alternator out I gave all fuses one last check.

The 80a Alternator fuse was blown.

EVERYTHING WORKS!!!!!!

I am pleased beyond words.

Seems like combination of replacing a blown alternator fuse and pulling the radio fuse has fixed the problem.

Charging at 14.5 when running with everything on.

Thanks for your help guys you gave me the confidence to have a go at it.
