Buzzy. I'll have a hack at it. Yeah I've sourced some 3sgte head studs already.
Was just reading through your daughters forged 4g93 Brian. Did you ever end up resolving the tick? Was it anything to do with the Wiseco's?
Looking at some Wiseco's for myself. Only really want pistons so I can spray a 100hp shot. Being able to up to boost over 18lb is just an added bonus really

Evo studs on the gsr.. Really? Hmm 1st I've heard on that one. I'll have a look into it though. Cheers.
I'm doing the tune myself. Emanage Ultimates already wired in, updated and good to go. Only time it will see dyno is for cam timing after I install nitrous and on-boost meth injection.

Hmm I may just go to forged pistons aswell to save my skin then. Wanting 18psi+ on the gsr. Aiming for 25-30 on the Evo
Cheers guys

Dunno if you've installed your setup yet or not. This is what I'm doing though.
Running a Greddy Emanage Ultimate as a piggy back off ECU. When the Emanage reads a massive drop in temp at the intake temp sensor (because nitrous is being injected), the timing can be pulled back or even advanced. When it reads the drop, you can also control injector duty cycles too, so you can adjust your fuelling for nitrous. Wanna do something similar for on-boost meth injection
As for the mechanical setup and activation side of it, You can do heaps of stuff really. Doing mine with a few fail safes. First you have to be at WOT, then run a nitrous fuel pressure safety switch so if fuel pressure drops below a desired PSI range then nitrous will shut off. If you want you could have an RPM window switch so that it would only fire during certain rev range too. Dunno if I'll do that. Last step is a button on the sterring wheel that has to be held down.
Safe and secure lol

Kw gain. Don't know sorry. My builds not even finished let alone have the nitro kitro kit on the way ^ ^
