Brembo brakes work well on the newer/heavier evos with good pads, it's a tempting conversion.
Regarding wheels, lightweight rims with decent width and great tyres are the key. People spend money to go fast in a straight line yet cheap out on heavy wheels and crappy tyres. It's like night and day when you've got light wheels/UHP tyres/coilovers/track wheel alignment. People are scared to run -2.5 to -3 camber on the front due to tyre wear, it's the toe that kills tyres, my tyres wear fairly even (What confuses people too is that many tyre shops wheel alignment machines are out of whack, the printouts say you've got 1mm toe on each wheel yet you probably have 3mm which is helping you go through your tyres faster so they can sell you new tyres sooner. So just go to a shop that does track cars that do good times).
The next step for me is to increase grip + feel even more, next set of rims I'm thinking of are 8" wide (can't run narrower due to tyre size I want to run), I'll finally swap in the 2.1 turn to turn RS steering rack and maybe replace the Momo with a Nardi 33cm deep corn.
