About Me
My name is Justine & am a 39 yr old female avid car enthusiast with 3 children plus 2 step children.
I am a Nail Technician/Beautician with my own business, aswell as working online as a Professional Coach & Mentor, showing people how to market & promote themselves properly to succeed in their business & create their dream lifestyle. I run my own online discount variety store, Just Gazin' At Shat, & I also breed Ragdoll Cats as my hobby.
I have currently got 2 Mitsubishi Mirage's, a 1997 & a 2001, both Hatchbacks. I bought the 2001 back in 2003, & recently acquired the 1997 after a friend was in a horrible situation where her car ended up all windows smashed & completed ransacked & trashed fully, which left her too scared to drive it anymore. So we did a trade for her car for one of our Ragdoll Kittens she was purchasing anyway. I was hoping to do both of them up, but at present I am having some issues with the 1997 since the incident & may have to use for parts for now but not quite sure. Hoping to get some help via the community to get her running again.
I have always been a Holden girl, but after a messy divorce & becoming a worse lead foot than ever at the time, I opted for the 2001 Mirage to help prevent the speeding fines, losing my licence, and to keep my kids as safe as possible.
Up until 2002 I had my dream machine, an 11 second quarter-mile Holden LX Hatch Torana, until my ex hubby wrapped her round a tree & broke my heart completely in two.
Before her, SexyLXy, I had a number of Holden Gemini's, two sedans & a twin carry 2-door coupe that I used to take to the drags aswell.
I also had a Holden VK SLE Commodore for some years, aswell as a couple of other Holden Commodore's over the years.
After my SexyLXy was written off, I then drove a 1997 Subaru Impreza until 2003 when I divorced & then came the 2001 Mirage.
As a kid my Mumma Bear drive a Holden HDT Brock Commodore where my luv for the Holdens began, & Dadda Bear along with his Jaguar's he drove a number of Holden Statesman's. Dad used to race superkarts, holding the title of Australian Champion for 6 years, so I've grown up around the track & around cars all my life.
My brother is an avid collector of the vintage Holden Sandman Panelvan's & Holden Monaro's, which he enters into the car shows every time they come round, & has always taken out the 1st &/or 2nd with his entries, & also has a Holden Statesman. He does all his work on his cars himself, from the engine to the body to the interior design even sewing the stuff himself with the flames & all sorts to line the door panels, sun visors, panel van walls, seats etc. Very talented boy that one.
My dream is to once again one day own an 11 second quarter-mile Holden LX Hatch Torana, or quicker lol, but over the last 10 or so years, they have become quite the collectors item & prices have sky rocketed to even get your hands on one. So that is my goal for the future.
