#231048 Looking for a qld member

Ok before all you keyboard warriors get a little to out of hand lets get some things straight.

I have never ripped anyone off on here or any other sites for that matter. Please I wouldn’t bother trying to make a quick few hundred bucks like that when I can make more at work with less head fucks. Plus the amount of time I have been on here should vouch for that.

Yes I have been moving. I had been on a periodic lease which ended with 2 weeks notice. So in that time I had to find a place and move all my stuff which is 2 hours away from where I lived. (there is a lot of stuff I have + 6 cars). The move wasn’t that easy with the distances involved as well. So I hadn’t been on line in a while as I had no internet. Gianni stuff was all packed and ready to go then because of the move and two sets of Monday public holidays (I travel to Brisbane on Mondays) I hadn’t been able to drop of to couriers at that point in time. In no time was I trying to scam him. In most instances items I have sold are posted the next day with some even before payments clear.

Yes I can be hard to get hold of with work and travel, if you ring from a private number I will not answer it. With work I normally can not answer it. The other day my phone was left in Brisbane while I was in warwick and only got back before midnight.

Clutz -If I don’t talk much on here on the public forum then that’s my issue. I’m a quiet person by nature and always have been. My partner always tells me to talk more to her. But get me one on one and I can’t stop talking.
Please why would I want to post what cars I have, when a lot of users here will tell you different as they know better. Seen it many times before people getting flamed on here and other places because others think they are god and know all. Plus I don’t need to brag on what I have and had.

So if that makes me suss, shit better call the national security hotline i could be hiding more from you.

And clutz you’re such a big hero posting 10year old email addresses, must have taken a while to search for them. I better stop using the same user name for the last 10 years I guess. But u have missed all my multiple names and identities that I use to rip people off with. Better try harder next time. Or were you just trying to get your post count up?

Please if you think you have over paid then go to a wrecker and get a price. Many won’t have what you want and if they do then they charge accordingly. No one is forced to purchase off me you do at your free will. You also take into account it is a secondhand part, may and will have some faults and price it accordingly to a new item. You should also way up the risks and all accordingly as with any purchase. Please I don’t care if you grandmother can get it cheaper or what ever, if she can then that’s good and get it off her.

That 4g93 which 347-dis mentions. This particular motor came in a gsr which I purchased. The car was not running when I bought it as it was partly taken apart and missing some parts(turbo). The seller of the car said motor and driveline were fine. I only needed a body shell for my running gear so never tried to get it running. The buyer of the engine was told of the history and that it has not been run in my ownership. The motor was sold for $500 which was cheap considering the unknown to us both. The motor was not seized as stated. I personally rotated it myself and all felt fine. It did turn out that the keyway was stuffed on it on the crank. There was no way for me to check that unless I started to take it apart. Even then the buyer never let me know of what had happened and I only found out in his for sale thread when he was selling his cars.

JC EVO1- Purchased from me a 4g63 evo1 long motor. I delivered it to him personally, took a day off work in the end. This motor came from a ½ cut I purchased from a member that was on here which he purchased from an importer and was to be one of my spares for my track car. I told him i hadn't run it, nor preformed any test on it when asked. But i would assume it would be fine as it came from a 1/2 cut and coming from my previous experience in importing i know you don’t bother bringing in a 1/2 cut if the motor is stuffed. As 1) it takes up valuable space in the container. 2) you get to test them before they get cut and 3) your also paying a premium for them unlike engines which are already removed and sitting in engine piles.
Before selling it on the day i gave it a look over. I turned the crank over with a ratchet, i had a look through the ports, looked at the plugs, coolant housings, i drained what ever oil was left in it (as it was going in the back of my hatch) and had a looked at the oil, all was fine. The only fault i could see was the cam timing belt had a nick in it (which you would change the belts anyway before fitting). But i marked the belt that it needs replacing just in case and had let him know when i delivered it. (as i have seen people put engines in just as they get them inc oil)
Any way long story short he stripped the motor down found there were issues in terms of balance shaft belts was snapped and other stuff. Now how was I to know all this stuff was wrong if I hadn’t of used it myself or stripped it down? We both weren’t pleased to say the least. So we had some disagreements on the out come. In the end he wanted some reusable parts to sell on as he was stroking and rebuilding the motor. So as I said to him as good will we would work something out, I did get another block and gear but he never replied to my sms so I left it at that.

last be no least seriously maybe some people should type/talk less as it’s “Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and remove all doubt”
