How do I pay that 60 to get on the dyno?

Will come for the swap meet for some parts and watch the dyno show... To scared to dyno my rvr might show embarrassing numbers

Reason for my question is my Audi boost cut around 13psi and I thought that was fair enough but to boost cut at 25+ was confusing the crap out of me I normally run 18psi in my rvr

I do have a 600x300 intercooler 2.5inch piping.. 3inch full turbo back k&n panel filter

I tap my boost gauge with the stock bov pretty much where the intake is... I'm using a 16g turbo td05 550cc injector and walbro 460lph pump( e85 pump) I have bigger injectors just haven't got around it

I wanted to know at what boost level the rvr should cut at... I kept turning up my boost just to find the cut point .. it ended up cutting at 25ish psi is that normal for these cars? Seems abit high

Have you tried checking your oxy sensor and afm making sure it's all clean

oh I forgot about that . Now I need to invest in some of those injectors.. so would I get a safe 200 all wheel kw with a set up like this? Sorry about the question I learnt my mistake from my last rvr that cost me so much to fix it made 250kw first my gear box went then my exhaust melted my rear...

so I should go with the external wastegate set up? Just weld that one on the turbo up?

Thanks guys for the advice.. I should be receiving my haltech ps1000 with flexfuel soon and my gsc s2 cams I hope it goes all well with out falling appart like my last rvr

The td05h 20g I'm running now at 20psi runs fine I'm not sure why it's running that much boost with no boost t or any controller just the stock ecu controller ... I suspect it was from the last owner ...Did a compression test a few days ago all cylinders was between 185-190psi 75,000kms

thank you for the fast response.. with all the parts I have on my car now would it be able to run the turbo? 14psi is what I'm looking at just to keep it reliable

I just wanna know if this turbo is any good for my rvr SG.... well I have no choice now and I brought it already ... My car has 560cc injectors, walbro 460lph fuel pump , 3 inch exhaust system , front mount with 2.5inch pipes
