Mainly know about auto's but as far as i know the bearing for the output shaft of the box (if that's what you are after) is accessed from the inside meaning a box out and apart job.... And the seal is easy just take off the transfer case and will be right there. Or totally different if you want...

Which seals/bearings? and auto or manual?

^^^^as above ^^^ bought mine a few weeks ago and still to fit but measurements are exactly the same they said it was for a hg galant i believe :)

Plenty of threads on this :) but the low down is EVO 7 fit the fronts (made all the measurements last week now i need to find a set of fronts only nada for the rear... I'm running pedders low springs and KYB shocks on the rear:)

depends where you go and what you want done, 1mm oversize valves ?, port matching ?, or just a standard rebuild?.......... I payed $600 to get the head checked and port matched/ honed standard valve sizes in canberra :unsure: if that helps :P

I'm trying to run a set off a EVO 10 on the fronts (Bilstein Shocks and Pedders low springs) And KYB rear shocks and Nimbus Pedders low springs I will let you know how it goes :)

Contact "Rockabilly" if you want a box built very reasonable price and will handle anything you throw at it power wise (my current setup is 300awkw run in tune E85) the main thing with blue wire mod or anything that makes the box shift at full line pressure will be breaking the 2nd gear band...

RVR rad is wider too think it might be compensation for the auto trans cooler and the oil cooler setup. I am running a aftermarket alloy the mounts seem to line up for standard fans (i'm using 2x 12" spaals)

Don't forget with all this that you can put them in 180deg out there is a mark on the bottom of one side of the insert :P And if you buy one of the "black top" CAS's take the cover off and check that all of the teeth are intact (people mod them remove the home trigger for certain ecu's ) there...
