I ended up finding one at pick a part the ce lancer lids are also black and if u modify where it clip in by elongating the clip hole a centimeter to the passenger side of the console it bolts up and clips in perfectly

Yes they prohibit flow but in doing so they reduce noise and you dont have some dicky looking chrome tip hanging off your car and cops look for varex because you can see them
