Yep they should be listed in you phone directory, or (if I recall correctly) in your street directory. You should have a section at the start which lists all of your schools, clubs etc. If that doesn't work then you can always try a search in google, ie Victoria dog clubs. Or try this web page...

Have you tried calling around the Dog Association's in Melbourne? I don't know how it's done down there but that's how we have it up here...
