Yep, spent last weekend driving every single stage the WRC's will be running, shooting from private property on Friday, going to all the Super Special stages and will try and shoot the cars on up to 4 passes each saturday and sunday. Should be crazy.

Sounds crazy. Yeah didn't see any carnage in the spectator area, closest call I saw was the red evo X coming around the corner with the right hand front mag destroyed, lost it a bit and nearly took out 2 photogs across from me haha.

Thanks for the comments everyone :-) No I don't. I was only shooting from the spectator area and didn't go look for it in the service park at the end of sunday either. The shot that of it I have posted here was Sunday morning so someting must have happened afterwards? Enlighten me :-)

Thanks! 300mm+ yes, f/2.8 I wish! 'Only' shooting with a 100-400L it's not the fastest of lenses out there but in my mind the best value for money short of going for the primes. Have had the pleasure to shoot with a 300mm f/2.8 a couple of times now, but the 6k pricetag I still need to talk...
