Have u also checked the throttle closed switch? It tells the ecu when the throttle is closed and it should be in idle, if its stuffed it will hunt, happened on my car. Its the switch you screw in and out that adjusts the throttle opening at idle, that switch must be working. Im pretty sure this...

With the effort and cash spent to do this conversion, even though its easy id sell you car and put the money you'd spend on the conversion towards upgrading to a vr4, you'll have awd which is what makes the whole car and the hard work is done and you can concentrate on mods taking it further.

How much power/boost/airflow are u planning to put through this motor? Id say that has a role to play in how well they are going to last, how likely you are to have high cylinder temps and presures and detonation. If its a massaged stock ish setup yeah why not, or are you going to be going hard...

I dug up some pics of my car like 2-3 years ago, in all her virgin untouched glory, only mods were coilovers, bov and exhaust, and about half the power it has now. I was amazed pulling these pics up! She looks nothing like this now haha. Put the outside shots in for a laugh also.

If you dont have luck im pretty sure Pirtek or Enzed had banjo fittings when i was in there last.

I haven’t had a chance to pull it down, as other priorities have taken over since it popped the motor. It should have been well within its power limits, so something stuffed up.
