1993 GSR for sale

For Sale:

1993 Lancer GSR 4 wheel drive turbo

I am selling this car cos it has been defected and need major work to get it back on the road (Chasis work, new roof etc). I unfortunatly do not have the time or the money to get it back on the road so i am selling it.

The car had been painted in red with gold pearl and is in fair condition, the roof is rusted and need to be replaced. also there is some work to be done of the front left.

Mechanically the car is good. it has the original 4g93t with a massive cam in it. (cam was not defected by regency) it has standard turbo with big exhaust from dump pipe back.

I'm selling the car as a whole for parts because it will take lots of money to get this car back on the road. Would suit someone who needs spairs or someone wanting to do a conversion on a standard lancer.

Tell me about it! it was poor. it was on it when i bought it. That photo is a bit old. there is no bonnet scoop anymore.

What is the major work that needs to be done with it .. What is wrong with the chassis ???

I take it that it is still able to be driven ???

For starters the roof need to be replaced. the front left of the car has been in a crash before and there has been some poor fix up work done on it. this will have to fixed as well. and to be registered in SA the defect will have to be cleared (needs a engineers cert for the repair work). from the outside the car looks great, the probs are hiding under the surface :cry:

the car is still drivable. Drove it for bout 2 1/2 hrs today. cam makes one hell of a difference 8) !

Hey dude, what was the car defected for?

Im in SA and i had my GSR defected to regency about 5 months ago!
Got it throught alright the second time!

Have u been through regency yet. and have they picked on the chassis damage on LHF cause seriously they are dumb F^%$RS down there!
They probably wont even notice it!

I went throught with almost bald tires and they passed it!
A FU&^#D cat and my exaust was about 90mm away from the ground at the lowest point!

They didnt even really know what the car was whenmi took it there the second time, they thought it was a pov pack GL and said that i would need to get the motor engineered until i told em it was GSR!

F**K HEADS!!! SERIOUSLY!

IF you decide to sell it seperatelly I'd love to get the cams from you! Do you kno any thing about them; RPW, ground standard ones? or I got a set of standard ones if you wanna swap... good luck with it!
